By creating a reseller account and using the Algan B2B platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the service.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your reseller balance. Balance is maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). USD displays are approximate conversions for informational purposes only.
API access is subject to rate limits based on your tier. Abuse, excessive automated requests, or violation of fair usage policies may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from SLA calculations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with applicable laws.
